Hot Melt Glue Spreader
This machine is designed for the application of PUR Hot Melt Glue on flat surfaces by silicon covered steel rollers. Metering doctor roller of chromed steel is heated to melt the adhesive and maintain application temperatures.
The amount of adhesive applied to the substrate is determined by the speed of the doctor rollers and the applications rollers.
Driven rollers move the substrate through the machine. The chromed doctor roller is internally heated with electric elements in an oil bath.
The machine has 3 invertors for independent control of the doctor roller, application roller and feed rollers. The bottom roller and driving rollers use the same inverter.
The upper roller application heads are adjustable in height with pushbutton controls, electric height adjustment with read-out.
An adhesive delivery system is not included in the Glue Spreader and is offered separately. Liquid level sensor are included to control the guns in the adhesive dispensing unit.
