Fluorocarbon Company Limited
The Fluorocarbon Group was founded in 1962 to manufacture and market PTFE products. It has now grown to be the largest UK supplier of such products and has expanded its range to encompass the full spectrum of Fluoropolymers, Elastomers and Advanced Engineering Thermoplastics. Materials are identified by the distinctive Fluorinoid brand.
Products include finished and semi-finished items in the above materials, slide bearings, lined pipework and fittings, expansion joints and seals. The company applies a wide range of coatings to metal parts including high build coatings for chemical resistance. The company manufactures and coats bakeware for the bakery industry. A recent acquisition has seen the addition of high performance PTFE hoses and chemically resistant pumps to the product range.
