F1(50) 20 PASS DUPLEX ROLLFORMER
20 pass duplex rollform mill with 50mm diameter shafts. Fixed speed A C drive, with drive transmitted to the inboard & outboard forming heads via a cross shaft mechanism. Adjustable upper rolls to set the correct rolling pressure.
An adjustable entry guide assembly with digital readout is mounted prior to the rollforming head section. This guides blanks coming from the press.
A Pinch pass is situated directly after the entry guide. The Pinch unit engages when the press shears the blank and thus drives the flat blank into the rollformer. This blank is then formed into a finished cable tray.
The machine is capable of rollforming cable tray with a leg height of 50mm at widths from 75mm wide up to 300mm wide.
The change in tray width is done via the screw adjusters which wind the inboard & outboard rafts in & out.
On the exit of the rollformer there are De-twist units mounted on both sides to take out any bow or twist which may be induced into the product during the forming process.
The rollformer is guarded by a box type mesh guard with a hinged door, for access to the rollforming head, the door is interlocked with the emergency stop circuit.
Controls for the Machine are housed in an appropriate control desk situated at the front of the line.
