Omnitrack Medium Duty Ball Transfer Units
Medium duty 'Metric' ball transfer units are machined from solid steel bar & hardened for heavy load capacity & wear resistance. The reinforced machined top cap protects against impact from misalignment of the conveyed item. Medium duty ball transfer units with main ball sizes larger than 19mm incorporate a felt seal to minimise contamination. Consider material upgrades to solve specific application requirements.
Standard Materials: AISI 52100 Chrome steel balls inside AISI 1016 machined steel housing, toughened & zinc plated
-A Upgrade: AISI 420 Stainless Steel Balls but other materials as standard. Reduce standard load by 30%
-SS Upgrade: 'All Stainless Steel'. AISI 420 Stainless Steel Balls inside AISI 416 Stainless Steel housing. Reduce standard load by 30%
