Omnitrack Omniwheel Conveyor Modules
Omniwheel conveying modules can be easily integrated into existing gravity or driven conveyor systems to provide near instantaneous directional change. 3 peripheral polyamide rollers rotating on stainless steel axles provide 360° support for assembly lines, machine feed & packing areas when modules are coupled together. Omniwheels provide greater support for irregular or deformable items and also resist dirty, wet & dusty conditions, making them ideal for contaminated or ‘washdown’ areas. Use singularly for items with a larger surface area when combined with spacer tubes.
We supply polypropylene spacer tubes pre-cut to required lengths - alternative materials available upon request.
