Structures 2000 manufactures a range of affordable portal frame steel structures, designed by a civil engineer and fabricated with pride and precision. In addition to the standard range we can custom-manufacture structures according to requirements. We erect our structures throughout South Africa, and we export to African countries and Indian Ocean Islands.
We take care to ensure that we understand our customers' requirements so that we can supply the right structure and accessories for the purpose intended. From enquiry to completion of erection we provide a seamless personal service to every customer, and we provide aftersales back-up if structures have to be modified or extended.
Our Standard Portal Frame Range is as follows:
- 6m x 10m x 2,4m high
- 9m x 20m x 3,6m high
- 12m x 25m x 3,6m high
- 15m x 30m x 4,0m high
- 20m x 30m x 4,0m high
- 20m x 40m x 6,0m high
- 25m x 48m x 6,0m high
However, we can custom-manufacture any size according to your exact requirements. Our standard structures are supplied with galvanised IBR-type roof sheeting and all fasteners, including foundation bolts. Standard roof pitch is 10 degrees.

STRUCTURAL ENGINEER'S APPROVAL
All of our structures are designed by a civil engineer, and an engineer's drawing and certificate can be supplied if required.
DELIVERY AND ERECTION
Manufacture takes place at our Spartan factory and we deliver and erect throughout South Africa. Our in-house erection team ensures that our precision-manufactured structures are professionally erected.
Our structures can be supplied with a wide range of options including:

- Bullnoses
- Translucent polycarbonate sheeting
- Ventilators (both static and turbine ventilators)
