Telematic Ltd is an ISO 9001-certified company dedicated to protecting customers from damage to sensitive instruments and electronic equipment caused by lightning induced power surges. As a wholly owned subsidiary of the MTL Instruments Group plc, Telematic specialises in the design, manufacture and marketing of lightning and surge protection devices.
Telematic supplies a range of devices which are applied in control and instrumentation loops within the process control industries. Also manufactured are protection devices for mains, telecom line, telemetry datacoms, weighbridge loadcells and video. A speciality of Telematic is the application of surge protection devices within hazardous environments, including 'Zone 0' locations. Telematic has achieved EECS approval in addition to ISO 9001. Several of the Company's products are Ex approved.
In addition to it's full line of surge protection devices, Telematic provides expert consulting services to aid customers in the design and deployment of surge protection systems. We can survey your entire building or plant and make informed recommendations. Once your design is complete, Telematic can supply the necessary surge arrestors for incoming mains, communications lines, installed networks, telecoms lines etc. We provide complete technical support and installation documentation for your contractor.
