Laser cutting sheet metal work

We are now pleased to offer a laser cutting service to complement our already extensive CNC punching service.  Again we have purchased Trumpf equipment knowing that we can trust it's performance, reliability and quality of cut.  We installed the Trumpf 3030 3KW fibre laser in October 2013 and have now been able to cut a vast  range of metal types and thickness ranging from 0.4mm spring stainless steel, through many aluminium alloys, zintec and plain mild steel right up to 6mm thick 316 stainless steel so far.  We have also used the fibre laser to cut copper and brass sheet metal work.  As opportunities come along we will be cutting thicker materials but look forward to cutting more work for our customers and reducing our lead times for profile cutting.
