Aero Metals, Inc. of LaPorte, IN is a major producer of high quality investment casted components with 175,000 square feet of manufacturing space. Aero Metals produces Investment cast parts from a few grams to 60 lbs.
Aero Metals is ISO-9001:2000 Certified, AS9000 Compliant, with a NADCAP approved NDT facility on site. With our state-of-the-art robotic dipping lines, extensive use of conveyors and wax recovery system, we can be fully competitive on prototype through production requirements of quantities of up to 250,000 PCs +.
Aero Metals offers over 120 different ferrous and non-ferrous alloys, including Beryllium Copper. We also have the ability to cast thin walls to reduce secondary machining by casting net and near-net shaped parts. The design freedom investment casting process provides a shorter lead-time and lower total cost and allows you to combine several manufacturing processes into one and put forward a net shape component.
