Company Description
Established in 1984 as a General Engineering workshop in the light to heavy engineering facilities having varied machining & fabrication capabilities. The workshop is serviced by 2 x 15 ton overhead cranes, CNC verical milling centers with 5 axis & pallett change, CNC turning centers from small components to 1200m/m swing x 5200 between centers. The general engineering consists of 2 x CNC surface grinders up to 2000m/m x 1200m//m x 560 head height, CNC cylindrical grinder 400m/m x 2000m/m between centers, floor borers with twin heads table 10000m/m x 4000m/m, standard borers wih 3 axiz DRO, center lathes up to 1500m/m gap swing x 7000m/m centers. The fabrication capabilities consist of MIG, TIG, Ark & auto submerged welding system.
Our customer base are, but not limited to the Sugar, Pulp & Paper, Hulamin group, Transnet & Steel mills & varied other industries.
