We specialise in the manufacture of sand cores for many of the foundries in the Gauteng province, as well as aluminium castings and pattern making.
Capabilities:
Core making: cold box process: up to 40kg
Capacity up to 20t / week
Typical customers are steel and iron foundries.
Aluminium castings: Sand and lost foam process:we typically cast in LM25 and LM6 up to 50kg
Daily melt capacity 250kg
Typical products are truck spares and machine parts
Pattern shop: Pattern and core box manufacture.
Machining: We are able to supply machined components via an associated company.
