Utilising ultrasonic baths, pyroysis ovens, high temperature solvent vessels, hydrolysis and HP water jetting equipment we can sucessfully clean a wide range of equipment including filters, heat exchangers, pipework, pumps, valves, anillox rollers, extrusion screws, dies chain assemblies etc.
Our filter cleaning service includes testing and validation, heat exchangers and anillox rollers can be flow tested at customers request.
We are accredited with BS EN ISO 9001:2000 and also hold the environmental accreditation BS EN ISO 14001.
Our engineering service offers bespoke cleaning equipment. All equipment is made to order and is built specifically to meet individual requirements. Our service includes design, build and commisioning.
