CBTR's recruitment team consists of former on-field project engineers with many years experience of overseas and UK based assignments from the power, oil, water and utilities areas. Additionally with their substantial knowledge of the technical recruitment industry they are capable of quickly and efficiently identifying Candidates for Client's, whilst appreciating, from their own on-field career experiences, the demands Companies can experience to achieve successful project completion within planned schedules.
Our technical manpower search, selection and placement service covers the entire spectrum and levels of engineering disciplines from Specialist Technician's through to Senior Project Management and higher. If necessary, we can provide temporary and permanent staff for all project phases, including (but not restricted to) operations, maintenance, pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up and shut-down, inspection, equipment testing, training, safety, through to final hand-over and continuous staffing.
It is against our policy to submit Curriculum Vitae's to a Client Company without making 'first contact' to ascertain a respective Candidature availability for employment and job vacancy interest. Following each Candidates authorisation, we will at Client request, check previous employer references and validate all stated qualifications, the results of which are kept confidential and within the guidelines of the UK data protection laws. Usually, we send a maximum of three CV's per vacancy. However, further CV's can be submitted for consideration at Client request.
Clients are also respectfully requested for initial Candidate information purposes to provide us with a detailed job description with each vacancy indicating the assignment duration, salary rates and any pertaining information.
CBTR's Curriculum Vitae database of available personnel is updated daily and currently has approximately 22,000 CV's from the spectrum of engineering, technical and trades disciplines. We can also access various internet job sites and search through in the region of 400,000 specialist resumes, but realistically we prefer to resource our Candidates in-house therefore giving our service a more precise and personal touch.
For the United Kingdom, our offices are open from Monday to Friday: 0900hrs until 1700hrs, Saturday: 0900hrs until 12 noon. We are closed on Sundays and UK Bank Holidays. However, due to the various international time zones we also operate a continuous seven day week for oversea's based Client's via our mobile link and the CBTR on-duty recruiter.
