Holepop.com is a website and EDM supply company that sells EDM Electrodes and EDM Consumable parts that are used primarily for electro discharge machining shops and small hole drilling machines. These machines have a very unique and specific capability of drilling holes in any type of electrically conductive material such as metal.
They have very specific settings that can be set to drill small holes such as .008” or .2mm in diameter holes very accurately into edm parts. EDM drilling is when a Brass or Copper Tube is connected to a small hole EDM machine through a collet or chuck, then is fed through a ceramic guide that keeps the electrode in place and stable.
