Controlled shot peening, peen forming, laser peening, superfinishing and coatings of metallic parts for the aerospace, automotive, medical, offshore, petro-chemical, power generation and medical industries. These processes are used to increase fatigue life, prevent stress corrosion cracking, spalling, galling and fretting as well as form or correct the shape of complex structures.
We have 15 facilities in Europe, 6 in the UK capable of processing parts of any size through either one of these facilities or on site work which we perform on an international basis.
