The company has been involved in the design, manufacture and assembly of a range of products, which includes transportation pallets for the car industry, wiring harnesses and control panels for the electronics / white goods industries and steel fabrications for the automotive industry.
The engineering section concentrates mainly on steel fabrication, profile cutting, welding and machining and is a supplier to several blue chip companies.
In 2005 NWT formed a partnership with a company in Turkey whose main activity was making heated towel rails and chrome plating. Over the last three years the business has grown considerably and there is now a large engineering section which compliments the manufacturing division.
