"Polymerstroy 18" is an engineering company specializing in design and manufacture of equipment for polymer-sand industry.
Polymer-sand technology is aimed at manufacture of exterior covering items and construction materials for the residential and commercial application of recycled polymer waste (roofing tiles, paving slabs and blocks, water drainage ducts, manholes, etc.)
The manufacturing process can be described as follows: crushing of polymer waste, mixing it with the sand (or mineral processing rejects), adding the needed dye, heat treatment and extrusion of the composite, shaping the final product in a press, cooling the item.
We offer a wide range of equipment to perform these operations.
The equipment complete sets include:
