We have come up with a unique product called VPB747.
The VPB747 range is formulated with a combination of reinforced micro-glass flakes and polyamine resin to offer steel gratings, as well as light and heavy structural steel and concrete maximum protection from abnormally aggressive, corrosive and erosive environments.
The secret of VPB747, a surface tolerant, micro-glass rich, polyamine resin (125 Layers of glass per mm). The resin has been specifically formulated to combine the excellent chemical and abrasion resistance to glass flake with the flexibility of epoxy, creating a protection system with unrivalled performance characteristics.
Powerblast has recently used the VPB747 on the Anglo Platinum’s precious Metal Refinery in Rustenburg and the Mufulira Smelter upgrade.
