GLARY offers you more than 3000 aluminum heat sink designs to choose, based on these standard heat sinks, any customer-specific degign can be accepted. We use the most modern sawing automat, CNC machining centers, automatic lathes and process for your production. All surfaces are finished just as you have specified.
With not only the primary processes like extrusion, cold forging, die casting and stamping for LED light heat sinks and others aluminum products, but also all secondary processes like precise cutting, drilling holes, tapping, CNC machined, Turning, Grinding, and tertiary processes like color anodizing, sand blasting, polishing and matte.
GLARY has 7 producing lines of extrusion machines ranging from 600T to 2100T, we can provide you heat sinks with 10-320mm diameter so far, and we are building a new tool workshop to make bigger heat sink than 320mm in 2014-15. All standard aluminums available like 6005, 6061, 6063 with low MOQ starting from 2M. AL1070 also can be provided.
