The Speroblaze CAFF Fire Suppression system is designed to protect the 5% (the drive and tail pulleys) where 95% of the fire risk is located. The belt fire suppression system consists of a pressure vessel filled with an AFFF foam/water mixture which is pressurised by nitrogen. These systems are designed to comply with the NFPA and Insurance specifications. The belt fire suppression systems are presently installed in many mines throughout the Country.
