With Nylon sheaves there is no need for lubrication. Weight is reduced whilst sheave and rope life is extended.

 

In many industrial applications thermoplastic parts offer high impact strength, low friction and improved long term wear performance when compared to steel, bronze and brass. Thermoplastics are dimensionally stable with low thermal conductivity and good electrical noise insulating properties.
