StrainSense has recently helped a world leader in the design, manufacture and development of 3D/4D attractions to improve customer experience. They wanted to measure the motion and acceleration of their electro hydraulic 3d cinema seat, to make it better and safer for their customers.
StrainSense was approached to supply a solution and recommended using a DC response accelerometer to provide acceleration feedback with relation to gravity for accurate measurement of g force on the human body.
The product supplied was the Model 201 MEMS Accelerometer. The solution enabled monitoring of the hydraulic system for safety and setup.
This made the attraction safer and easier to use and also improved the customer experience.
StrainSense also offers triaxial DC response accelerometers.
