Chemical Resistant Tubing
Tubing refers to sections of long, hollow, flexible cylinders used to move substances, usually fluids or gases. Chemical resistance is most often achieved in tubing by way of material selection, with polyvinylcholride (PVC), silicon rubber, and other plastic polymers being used most often. The chemical resistance of tubing is not the same for all chemicals and is dependent on other factors such as the concentration of the chemicals, temperature, and pressure.
